Who is the mentoring program for?
For all interior designers and architects at the beginning of their careers who have graduated and have not experienced projects.
Mentoring provides a way to observe and experience professionally in all its aspects.
What does mentoring mean to customers?
Mentoring is personal and private so clients do not need to know about the escort program. Clients receive professional planning based on many years of experience as a way of learning, which without the mentoring that an interior designer at the beginning could not offer.
What do I get out of mentoring with?
First of all, hand in hand, you are not alone, I am here to give advice, to look at the project from above, to show highlights that are important to pay attention to and together we dive into the details of the project and the roadmap for project management to completion.
The mentoring program was published after several conversations of interior designers who were afraid to go out due to inexperience and great responsibility.
In the end, you gain new project management with a level of professionalism and management knowledge with over 20 years of experience.
Is mentoring one-time or a process?
We will usually meet for an hour and a half - two hours during which we initiate the solutions, planning, options, highlights, schedules and project management.
If accompaniment along the way (behind the scenes) is needed, several meetings can be held, depending on the need.
Does mentoring also help with pricing?
One of the advantages of over 20 years of experience is the knowledge of market pricing in terms of construction costs, material costs and furniture and installation costs.
I also help with mentoring in building a pricing model for the project and the pricing of the designer in front of the client.
Relationships with suppliers
For many years I have built excellent relationships with different and diverse suppliers in terms of supply, materials, service, costs.
As part of the mentoring program I can help designers and architects understand which vendor is right for the relevant project.
